10 Worst Hard Rock Albums Ever Made
3. All the Right Reasons - Nickelback
It seems like everyone and their mother has taken more than a few stabs at Nickelback over the years. Ever since the band first broke onto the rock scene, their brand of post grunge ended up being some of the most listless rock and roll to ever come across the airwaves. On the other hand, that didn't stop All the Right Reasons from being played on repeat for almost 3 years in the mid '00s.
Seen as the band's commercial breakthrough, this album spawned some of the worst singles that the rock world has to offer, from the shameless critique of the lifestyle on "Rockstar" to the example of how not to do a ballad on "Photograph."
While Chad Kroeger already stood out as pretty bad by rock standards, the time and care put into this record showed that he hasn't moved an inch in terms of musical development.
Even the more memorable tracks on the album like "Side of a Bullet" or "Follow You Home" are only memorable because they feature artists from already legendary bands like Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top or the late Dimebag Darrell from Pantera.
Nickelback may have far worse records than this one in their catalog, but the ones that end up stinging the most are the ones that refuse to go away.
