Gloomy progressive upstarts Awooga brought their unique blend of doom rock and experimental metal to the masses in an aggressive double-attack this week.
Not only did this Friday see the release of their Alpha EP (which is, by the way, available to download FOR FREE on their website right now), but Thursday heralded their latest video, "Thief".
Both the single and its parent EP are gloomy and sombre but also melodic and accessible, destined to draw fans of acts from Rush to Paradise Lost, from Devin Townsend to Black Sabbath.
