2. Mick Jagger
Where is a suitable place to start when describing the man who is synonymous with British rock 'n' roll? Mick Jagger has led a colourful existence with his promiscuous stage personality and sound-clashing whirlwind voice that emits from his puckered lips, he can involuntarily lift people to their feet with his audacious stage presence. Okay, so he may not be the best dancer, but his 'moves' are so distinctive that whether it's duetting with Tina Turner at Live Aid, David Bowie in London, Katy Perry in Vegas or with Amy Winehouse at the Isle of Wight Festival, artists from all decades have always been attracted to sharing the stage with the magnetic frontman. "If you start me up I'll never stop..." he sings in Start Me Up and the 70 year old was spot-on, for who'd have thought his hedonistic career of sex, partying and a penchant for the showbiz sherbet would lead him to receiving a knighthood, headlining Glasto this year and showing the kids that the coolest way still is to have the moves like Jagger. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50u9bxRwBJI
