21 Best Punk Albums Of The 21st Century

19. The Interrupters - Fight The Good Fight

Throughout modern punk and ska, it's difficult (dare I say impossible) to find a more infectious, catchy or easily likeable band than The Interrupters. Many fans seem to believe that The Interrupters are a new, up and coming act who have only just arrived on the scene. Contrary to popular belief though, the band actually formed back in 2011, but didn't release their debut self-titled record until 2014.

The early years for the band were tough and commercial success was hard to come by. This was only until the release of their third album, 'Fight the Good Fight', in 2018. Almost overnight, The Interrupters became a household name for American ska fans and their influence quickly spread to Europe also. The record became their first release to chart in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany, while also peaking at #2 in the US Independent Album Chart.

Key songs from this breakout record include 'She's Kerosene', 'Gave You Everything' and 'Title Holder'. The Interrupters recently reelased their fourth album, 'In the Wild', to a strong fan and critical reception.
