With his first album named simply +, Sheeran broke away from the titles of his EPs (such as Songs I Wrote With Amy or One Take), and it looks like he's going to carry on this trend. He has been reported by various sources to tease the new album's title over the past few months, telling the Daily Star "I can't call an album + and then give the one after a regular name", confirming to noise11.com that the new name "Doesn't start with a letter". Then in January, Sheeran tweeted: https://twitter.com/edsheeran/statuses/422654883792424960 And the Twitterverse went crazy: https://twitter.com/tootsieharry/statuses/422740801790427136 Could = be the title of his second album? It seems likely, since he tweeted it, and the two symbols are related both on a keyboard and mathematically, with = typically following + (No this isn't a primary school maths lesson, it's making a point.) An album title may not mean much but, after such a long wait, it seems the Sheerios (yes, apparently that's what we're called) will take anything at this point.
