9. Come To Life
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhsf2TmbIBw Come to Life is a bevy of straight-up awesome rock material. There's the opening little finger-including pattern that always whips fans into a stupor live, a thick, meaty verse riff that goes along with Myles' vocals amazingly well, and a solo whose most jaw-dropping part was actually fully improvised. We're here for riffs today though - some of Tremonster's best solos are over
here - and it's with that opening pattern on just their second album that showed the band meant business. The fact that it changes gears from such a high-sounding piece straight into the chug needed to bang heads and rally fans of any heavy genre was exactly what the band needed to stand out back in 2007.
