Every My Chemical Romance Single Ranked Worst To Best

14. Sing

A big lighters-in-the-air ballad, Sing hones in on My Chemical Romance's trademark us-against-the-world mentality, boasting a chorus so bombastic the song was even featured on Season 2 Glee soundtrack, bringing it to a mainstream audience.

While the writing is tight, it's a bit hard not to wince at the overtly cheesy lyrics and the misplaced synths, Sing's power pop/alt rock fusion not always paying off.

Particularly suffering from a bloated middle eighth with a contrived connection to Danger Days' overarching concept, Sing is nonetheless an inspiring ballad that has become a fan favourite from the band's fourth record.
