Megadeth: Every Album Ranked From Worst To Best

12. TH1RT3EN

Aside from the frustratingly cheesy stylized title (hereafter referred to as Thirteen), 2011's Thirteen offers a decent number of great songs, as well as staying true to the band's heavier sound. Thirteen is also notable as it's the first studio album since The World Needs A Hero (released in 2001) to feature founding member David Ellefson. With all that said, many of the songs on Thirteen seem to lack personality, which lends them much less memorability than the band's other, heavier releases. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95UT6EbkHzI Singles Sudden Death and Public Enemy No. 1 are decent, but compared to what the band usually offers in terms of promotional singles, they just don't stack up well enough.
