4. Reel Big Fish
Instagram/ReelBigFishIt would be wrong to blame the Californian ska-punk group for the technical difficulties that dropped the sound entirely out of the middle of their set, but it's still important to acknowledge the mess-up considering how entirely unfazed they were to find themselves faced by a confused, musicless audience in the middle of Where Have You Been? And that blip aside, the pop-punks put on a joyful, hugely endearing set that was as perfectly executed as it was cheeky and loveable. Reel Big Fish are like timeless rogues, bedecked in checks and primary colours a more cheerful and less violent distant cousin to The Dropkick Murphys with the same side-burns and the same glint in their eyes. Their music meanwhile remains beautifully contagious, and while their line-up changes almost weekly, their energy and their ability to whip up the crowd also remain completely intact, with their superlative version of Take On Me crowning a very good set.
