8. Pressy
Pressy is a very popular, very cool idea. For anyone who has ever had a gripe with the lack of physical buttons on their smartphone (Android phones especially) Pressy is here for you. It's a tiny little button, barely 7mm tall, that sits in the headphone port of your phone and does whatever you tell it to. Users set individual combinations, long presses, short presses, multiple presses, anything they like, and each combination gets a specific action assigned to it. Pressy can be programmed to do anything from turn the WiFi off to text Mum, making it a very cool little add on. You've gotta wonder though; at 7mm thick, how on Earth are you supposed to get it back out? When Pressy originally came out, it reached just over half of its funding goal within two days. Within a week, it has $400, 000 dollars to its name, 10 times the original funding goal, with 40 days to go. Something tells me its a popular idea.
