Honey, I Shrunk The Audience was one of the more popular 3D films shown at the Disney World parks, until its worldwide closure in 2010. The experience would see the audience being 'accidentally' shrunk down, while various physical gimmicks occurred in the auditorium to increase immersion. According to one park employee, the show once led to an experience that one couple would never forget (as much as they might want to). During a showing in 2007, a girl decided that the dark of the auditorium would be a great place to go down on her boyfriend. Honey, I Shrunk The Audience wasn't quite the same as watching a film in an ordinary cinema though. While the couple were in the middle of the act, one of the show's gimmicks was triggered. This involved a tube wiggling out of the seat, to simulate mice running around by the audience's legs. The tube managed to hit the girl in the throat, causing her to bite down with surprise, leaving her boyfriend bleeding heavily from his genitals.
