10 Fictional Places We'd All Love To Visit

1. Gotham City (The Dark Knight Trilogy)

This is another instance of a city you'd only want to visit if you could be escorted by a Presidential motorcade, given the high propensity for violence and likelihood of a grim death, but on the other hand, you've got a fairly good chance of spotting the Caped Crusader himself, Batman, out and about fighting crime. Throughout Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy, Gotham has been depicted using a number of real-life cities, such as Chicago, Pittsburgh and New York, creating an amalgam that is essentially a vibrant, densely-populated island. Gotham is a metropolis that has every modern convenience you could possibly want, though with that comes the enhanced risk of being terrorised by any number of villains who appear to gravitate towards Bats' hometown. In that case, perhaps it's just better to visit the real cities Gotham is loosely drawn from instead. Which fictional places do you most want to visit? Let me know in the comments!
