While one cannot deny that Internet Explorer shouldnt really be anybodys first choice of browsers, this gorgeous website by a programmer way back when gives a great insight into some of the early independent websites that got put together. Flawed as this website may be, you cannot argue that the information it provides it top notch. Whether or not the flames and the pentagrams are totally necessary is to be debated, but this well-informed relic is a beauty to behold.
