3. Child Poverty In Egypt

UNICEF and the Egyptian government had reported that a number of children living in income-poor households is ever increasing and that their basic human rights are often left deprived.
An estimated 28 million children live in the nation with 23% reportedly living in poverty on less than $1 a day. These children are deprived of safe housing, shelter, poor water sanitation and food deprivation.
