10 Reasons Why Universal's New Epic Universe Theme Park Is The Best In The World

Orlando is the home of roller coasters, with Universal's Velocicoaster being arguably the best in the world. We think that Epic Universe might have a one that is even better.

Stardust Racers can be found within the Celestial Park area of Epic Universe and sends you speeding like a comet through the sky. Reaching speeds of 62mph and a height of 133 feet, this attraction is not for the faint hearted. Though it is a speedy, twisting coaster; its main feature is that it duels.

As you race along your track you are joined by another coaster mirroring your every move. It dances alongside you and at times you twist above and below each other. Feeling for a second like you may crash, only for the trains to separate at the last moment. 

The duelling concept is incredible and gives you a shared experience with those on the other track, whether you know your fellow riders or not.

Unlike Velocicoaster, Stardust Racers doesn't have the aggression but the duelling aspect and intensity gives it a completely different experience. The celestial soundtrack only adds to the thrill, whilst after sunset the lights from the trains make you feel like dancing, shooting stars as you weave through the night's sky.

One person in our group asked us to name a better coaster than Stardust Racers and it was an impossible question to answer.
