The intimacy is gone. You don't cuddle or kiss anymore and the sex is either none existent or it's changed dramatically. During the beginning of an affair, they'll be having a lot of sex but unfortunately, it won't be with you. They might not even touch you because they're guilty or are no longer attracted to you - which is why they're having the affair in the first place. Of course, if you bring this up and try to talk to them about it, it will turn into an argument. But if they are having sex with you, it's just sex, there's no love or intimacy there anymore. They might even become more aggressive in bed whether you wanted them to be or not; everything is on their terms now. If you find out that you're being cheated on, the worst thing about it is probably the feeling of betrayal, after all, you've shared a bed with that person who slept soundly after they had lied to you and been intimate with someone else.
