As someone who has enjoyed success in the public eye for a quarter of a century, it's obvious that Joe isn't going to lose track of his friends that have been an integral part of the JRE since its foundation, but it is important that the show maintains its variety in guests going forward with Spotify.

Because while episodes featuring guests such as Neil DeGrasse Tyson and Elon Musk are absolutely mindblowing and offer insights into science and technology that even a layperson can understand, what makes the JRE so good is the mixture of serious guests and, well, not so serious ones...

He may be something of a divisive figure among fans of the podcast due to his incessant interrupting, often at the worst possible times, but original producer Brian Redban can be side-splittingly hilarious on his day, and it would be cool to see him feature as the first guest on the new platform to serve as a homage to just how far the show has come in a little over ten years.
