11 Health Hacks For Incurably Lazy People

1. Keep It Simple

Right, unless you're an elite athlete or a bodybuilder, there's no point in wasting your time working tiny little muscles groups with very specific exercises. You have over 600 muscles in your body, so focussing on each of them individually is going to take forever.

For an overall, easy result, all you need to focus on are six big movements. Squats and lunges, upper body horizontal pushing (e.g. bench press, push-ups), upper body horizontal pulling (e.g. rows), hinge (e.g. deadlifts), upper body vertical pushing (e.g. shoulder press), upper body vertical pulling (e.g. pull-ups).

Just do those (not at the same time, obvs), and you'll be a lean, mean, lazy machine in no time at all. Working these big muscle groups are the best way to get maximum results with minimal effort. If, after you've nailed these basics, you feel the overwhelming urge to work on one tricep at a time then you can always add it in.

The main thing you have to strive for as a lazy person in a hectic world, is to get the greatest results for as little effort as possible. This is not a bad thing, as most "Type A" people would have you believe, it just means you've got more time to focus on the important things in life.

Like sleeping and watching Netflix.
