10. Guy Gets Life For Giving His Step Father A Wedgie
That's right, a wedgie. Brad Lee Davis was charged with murder after giving his step father a wedgie which ultimately ended his life. His step father, St Clair, was killed by asphyxiation when the band of his underwear got stuck around his neck and strangled him to death. The argument occurred after Davis found out that St Clair had been disrespecting his mother whom he was divorcing at the time.
