11 Random Objects That Turned Their Owners Into Millionaires

6. Faberge Figurine

Found: Attic Value: $5,200,000 This Russian figurine was found in an upstate New York attic, after collecting dust for 70 years. After the owner had the figurine identified, it turned out it was a Faberge work, originally commissioned by Russian Czar Nichola II in 1912. There are only 50 in existence, making it an exceptionally rare find, even for a Faberge piece. The figurine was valued at the already impressive price of $800,000, but sold at auction for over six times that amount, to a London-based jeweler for $5,200,000.
