No matter how hard you try, you will never look like Kate Upton running along a beach. It's true that you're either a Summer or a Winter person. Whilst some of you count down the days to see the lambs leaping, the sun shining and the birds chirping, others are looking forward to it being dark at 3pm, the snow and being able to watch Elf whenever they want, as watching it in the middle of June is seen as socially unacceptable. Although Summer is definitely the most cheerful season, it's only effective if you actually experience a proper Summer. Unfortunately for most Brits, we are robbed of a proper, sunny Summer. Instead we are known for our wet Summers, grey skies and planning an outdoor wedding is simply a dangerous game to play. Whilst we convince ourselves that this is our year, it's usually just as depressing as the last. To be fair, ever since Rihanna's Umbrella hit plagued radio stations across the country a few years ago, it hasn't stopped raining since. So if you need someone to blame, then blame her. Will you brave an outdoor picnic this Summer or will you not leave the house without your trusty raincoat? Probably the latter...
