3. Exercise In The Morning
If you're one of those people who takes a while to wake up in the morning and can do your entire commute whilst still effectively in the land of nod, then your productivity in the mornings is going to be a little sluggish.
A little bit of exercise in the morning not only gets the oxygen flowing to your brain and boosts those lovely endorphins, but it also acts as something of a buffer between when you wake up and when you get to work. By forcing your brain to wake up before you trudge into the office, you can hit the ground running, so to speak.
If you're thinking that you simply can't fit in a bit of marathon training in the mornings, so you may as well just hit snooze, then sorry to disappoint you but that's no excuse.
Studies have shown that just seven minutes of activity in the morning will switch the brain on and boost your productivity. If you really don't think you can fit that it (liar) then make a point of doing some little movements once you get to work.
