3. Saying "Just One More Episode" And Believing Yourself
Does anyone in the world actually do this? As a society, you binge watch everything and once it's over you have no idea what you're doing with your life, all of your friends are scared of going outside again and you'll realise just how tired you are. You become exhausted watching television and even though you're not doing anything, you're getting a few hours of sleep each night because you're addicted to staying up late to have something to talk about at work the next day. At least you have the adrenaline rushing through you to keep you going throughout your series, but as soon as it finishes, you'll feel like a shell of your former self. "One more episode" is just the lie that you keep on telling yourself each night but it makes you feel better because you know what happens, and that is better than sleep.
