On top of all this, Walker had been partaking in jiu-jitsu training since 2004 under top coach Ricardo "Franjinha" Miller (pictured), with whom he became fast friends, enough that Walker occasionally employed Miller as a consultant on his action movies. Though the actor attained a brown belt in his lifetime and was committed to eventually reaching a black belt, Miller decided to grant him an honorary black belt in light of his passing, giving it to his father, Paul Walker III.
