12 Times Adolf Hitler Has Been Totally Owned In Fiction
2. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures
Maybe you weren't expecting this one? If that's the case, then know that this did indeed really happen- and in an Archie comic, no less! Once you've come to accept that, you're probably wondering why Raphael punching Hitler ranks so high. After all, we established at the start of this list with Captain America that punching Hitler is just a starting point... and so it is here. Time travel is involved in this story arc, of course, which follows the future Mutant Ninja Turtles of the late 21st century- aka the Cyber Samurai Mutant Ninja Turtles- as Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael go back in time to the end of World War II in pursuit of a stolen brain (long story) that belonged to Hitler and managed to hijack Don's time slip portal. While there, the three manage to reclaim the series' other evil brain after Raph punches out Hitler, and are just about to return to their own time when the Fuehrer confronts them with his gun drawn. As it so happens, Hitler thinks the three giant walking, talking turtles who just kicked his ass moments ago are demons... Then it's Leonardo's turn to get scarily badass... Wait, what's he...? Oh yeah, they went there. History has documented that at the close of the war, Hitler committed suicide by shooting himself. But who would have imagined that he was talked into it by one of the Ninja Turtles posing as a demon? Between the punch and talking the Fuehrer into shooting himself, that's points in both the physical and psychological "owned" columns.
