Yes, yes, teeth and hair are a pretty common thing to find on the human body...but not so much in the human body.

The body is constantly growing and renewing itself, but this is a tricky business and sometimes things go wrong.

A teratoma is a type of tumour that can form in the body and can actually begin to create distinct tissues within it. A mature teratoma is usually benign but still utterly horrifying as it will often grow skin, muscle, and bone. 

The skin that it grows, like most of the skin on your body will then often sprout lots and lots of hair (this is what is known as a dermoid cyst). There have also been instances in which teeth have been found forming in the cyst. Whilst some of these tumours are benign, other can be malignant and require swift treatment. 

There are also a handful of people who think that this could be behind the phenomenon of the parasitic twin.
