Billed as episode IIV in the space saga, Rise Of The Dark Side is a piece of good old-fashioned fan-made fun, plain and simple. The plot follows on from events in Revenge Of The Sith, with the newly crowned Darth Vadar casting a shadow over the once peaceful galaxy. Director Omar Baker and his crew aim to record on pristine 4k film, while also promising to shoot the majority of the films more grandiose moments using practical effects. Going by the pre-production information on the films Kickstarter page, everyone should be willing this one to succeed. Hey, who wouldn't want to see the grand resurrection of Darth Maul and Mace Mindu?
