At 8am, the last thing you want to hear is how happy and lucky you are to be in this job because you are valued and your company loves you - as the individual. Now let's all pretend we had a great night's sleep, personal problems are non-existent and let us put on our best Joker smile for these lovely customers who consciously want to ruin our day.
