15 Things You Wrongly Think About Pregnancy

8. Exercising While Pregnant Is Dangerous

We know that the journey to making a baby can take its toll on any woman. It's easy to get lazy and not want to do anything, demanding somebody grab the remote for you simply because you have a little person kicking around inside of you. We totally understand that and it's a completely logical way to feel. However, maintaining a regular exercise routine throughout your pregnancy can help you stay healthy and feel your best. It can also improve your posture and decrease some common discomforts like backaches and fatigue. It can also boost your mood and energy levels, help you sleep better, increase stamina and muscle strength and, of course, prevent excess weight gain. If you were a workoutaholic before the pregnancy don't feel like you have to exercise at your former level. Just do what feels right to you. If you've never worked out a day in your life? Well, now is as good a time as any. Even something as simple as power walking early in the morning can do wonders for you and your baby.
