Death: 1 April 1984 Marvin Gaye is a legendary American singer and songwriter who have been getting couples in the mood for sexy time since the 70s with his songs like What's Going On and Let's Get It On. Unfortunately the Prince of Soul left this world prematurely by the man that helped bring him here. Gaye was killed by his father after he was shot twice by him, once in the shoulder and the other in the heart. His father was jailed for the manslaughter of his son and the world was left in shock at this family tragedy.
