18 Things That Will Happen If You Visit Scotland

12. You'll Be Exhausted From All Of The Sightseeing And Free Shows

There will be so much that you want to do and see that you might not be able to get everything down on your visit. So it looks like you'll just have to come again. Scots know how to put on a good show and it isn't just the bigger cities that are able to do it well. You have the bigger shows in the capital, Edinburgh with events like the Edinburgh International Film Festival, Fringe Festival and Hogmanay Party. However, a lot of the small towns and villages have a lot of parades and sights that you need to visit too. A lot of the smaller towns and castles put on parades, Shakespeare productions and some of the landscapes are worth a visit because they've been used in movies. There will be so much to do and see that it won't be the most relaxing trip you've ever had, but it'll be worth the memories. Visit the Cawdor Castle in Inverness as it was mentioned in Shakespeare's Macbeth. You can also keep an eye out for the ghosts that reside there...
