If you've ever watched Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, or now, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, you would know Fallon has gotten to where he is in the world of talk shows because of his incomparable energy and work ethic. He's like a 14-year-old with Attention Deficit Disorder, hopped up on medication. He's a whirlwind of talking, dancing, and singing, sometimes upstaging his own guests. It works for him, and people love it. The show's ratings indicate that. The way he acts on his show is similar to how he was as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, going back to his first appearance on SNL in 1998. He is known for never acting his age, and his look matches it. He looks the same now as he did on SNL. Whether it's crowd-favorite bits like "Thank You" notes or musical numbers with his "BFF", Justin Timberlake, Jimmy Fallon absolutely refuses to act his age, and therefore, his fans refuse to think about it. He's another name to watch in the coming years, though, as the late night talk show stress always wears on hosts. It will be interesting to see if he can keep up his current pace and energy without wearing himself down.
