The Dumb Quote: "I got Tiger Blood, man" Charlie Sheen made pop culture history in 2011 during his series of rants soon after Two and a Half Men's production was shut down due to the infamous actor's antics. We watched the series of interviews with glee and amusement, but scratch away the comedic surface and you will find a man who was well and truly losing his mind. Anything that he said during these interviews could have made the list. He claimed to be a "warlock", and laughed off any claims that he was biploar by insisting that he was in fact, "bi-winning".
