10. Shooting Guns

Firing machine guns isn't something that many people do in their lives as a matter of course, although presumably at least 10 percent of those who go into the army are statistically likely to be left handed and will have encountered the quite scary problem which comes with the territory. Since all guns are designed only with right handed people in mind, the left handed person when firing a machine gun has the added thrill of watching the spent bullets flying out of the side chamber - directly past their faces. It's an unnerving sight and quite possibly enough to convert the lefty to pacifism.
