20 Things That Are Gone But Not Forgotten From Walt Disney World

1. The Osborne Family Spectacle Of Dancing Lights

Christmas just won't be the same at Walt Disney World without the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.

The attraction featured over 5 million LED lights that were all choreographed to Christmas music.

There was also lots of hidden magic that would move around each year, making it a fun game to spot them. You could spot the Halloween Cat, which was originally part of the Osbourne's Halloween collection. The lights always contained a number of hidden Mickey's to find, a lone white angel and the amazing Baby Sinclair from the 1990's tv show, Dinosuars.

For many the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights was the epitome of Christmas at Disney World so news of its closure was met with much sadness by fans. The lights were lost in 2016 as The Streets of America was closed to make way for Star Wars: Galaxy Edge and Toy Story Land.

Despite pleas from its many fans, the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights doesn't look set to return to Walt Disney World any time soon.
