The first footage of the new Zelda game was shown at E3 2014, demonstrating the gorgeous cel-shaded graphics and talking up the fact that it would have a larger open-world than any previous entry into the franchise. Freedom is the key here, with players no longer needing to complete dungeons in a set order, though just as much press has been devoted to the game's mysterious development. Zelda was delayed from its original 2015 release date, and many now suspect that the game may be held back as a launch title for the Nintendo NX, though the company have flatly denied that. Don't be surprised if it shows up on both the Wii U and NX in some form, and hopefully it'll live up to all the ridiculous potential.
