8 Reasons To Be Excited For Universal's A Celebration Of Harry Potter

After visiting Universal's A Celebration of Harry Potter last year, my favourite bit of the whole event was being around my fellow Harry Potter fans.

People took the opportunity to not only dress up in Hogwarts robes, but also there were some pretty spectacular Cosplayers around. There were a few Dumbledores, Rita Skeeters and a incredibly accurate Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy. One of the most impressive costumes I saw was that of Snape wearing Neville's Grandmother's clothes from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Possibly one of the most moving moments from last year's events were the tributes paid by fans to Alan Rickman, who passed away just a few weeks earlier. Fans came together to raise their wands in remembrance of passing of the actor who portrayed Severus Snape in the franchise.

A Celebration of Harry Potter is a place where they can celebrate their love for the movies and be around like minded people who share love for the wizarding world.
