2. Cabana Bay Expansion

The popular Cabana Bay Beach Resort is soon going to be getting an expansion. Growing by 400 guest rooms, Cabana Bay will soon be adding an additional two towers close to the Continental and Americana towers. Cabana Bay is Universal's only prime value resort that's themed to a 1950s and 1960s beach resort. This hotel offers a cheaper alternative to Universal's other resort hotels but still provides some of the benefits. Within walking distance to the parks, Cabana Bay also allows guests early access into the parks. Soon Cabana Bay guests will be able to take advantage of being so close to Universal's new water theme park, Volcano Bay. Universal have confirmed that some of the rooms will even look over the new water theme park. Talk about a room with a view. These new rooms are set to open in 2017.
