Feet don't fail me as I head to Universal Studios Florida to catch Marshmello.

Spring must be fast approaching as Universal Orlando Resort have announced their line-up for this year's Mardi Gras celebrations.

Beginning 1st February and running until April 2nd, each evening at Universal Studios Florida the party will begin. Expect a nightly parade filled with colourfully costumed performers, huge floats and of course beads galore. This year is the 25th Anniversary of Mardi Gras at Universal so expect this to be their biggest ever festival.

Get into the party spirit with food... and of course alcohol. For those wanting to sample all the delights of Cajun cooking, you will need to head to The French Quarter Courtyard after 4pm. Here you can bag everything from jambalaya to beignets.

If you are struggling with what to choose then those over 21yrs in your party can grab a Tasting Lanyard where you get sample size portions allowing you to be able to treat yourself to a little bit of everything. For those looking for even more Cajun goodness then there's the "Bayou Boil – An Exclusive Mardi Gras Dining Experience" or even "Mardi Gras Feast & Floats Dessert Party"

The French Quarter Courtyard will also be livened up each evening with 4 different "Louisiana jazz, blues and zydeco bands", ready to get your feet ready for the big party each night.

Universal make a point of changing up their floats each year and 2020 will be “Treasures of the Deep”. You can expect to see intricately detailed floats inspired by "a Treasure Map, the Sunken City of Atlantis, Creatures of the Deep and a treasure-filled Shipwreck Island". Along with performers, beads and confetti, the nightly Mardi Gras parade is going to be a spectacular party. Hopefully Universal will continue the tradition of allowing guests to ride on the floats and throw beads to the other party goers.

Of course it wouldn't be Mardi Gras without an epic concert line up. This year Universal have treated us to the stars such as Diana Ross, TLC and Marshmello. There's a mix of music for everyone including Country singer Dustin Lynch, Hip Hop band and Tonight Show regulars The Roots and all-round superstars Earth, Wind & Fire. Here is a full list of the line up:

Unlike the Mardi Gras parade, the concerts only run on select nights. If there is one particular artist you have to see, make sure you know which night they are there and arrive at the parks early to avoid disappointment.

With so many concerts and a nightly party every evening, you can blow away the winter cobwebs and welcome in the Spring at Mardi Gras between 1st February and 2nd April.

Are you heading to Universal Orlando Resort's Mardi Gras this year? Who do you want to catch on stage?
