Ghostbusters Is Coming To Universal's Halloween Horror Nights

There's something strange at Universal's Hollywood and Orlando at this year's HHN.

Peter, Ray, Egon and Winston are who you gonna call at Universal's Halloween Horror Nights.

For the first time ever, the classic 1984 film will be a featured house at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios this Halloween season. In both mazes fans will follow in the footsteps of the Ghostbusters as they investigate the paranormal activity that has been occurring around New York .

In Orlando and Hollywood fans will be greeted with familiar sights including the Fire Station, the New York Public Library and of course the Temple of Gozer. Will you be able to get out safely as you encounter Slimer, Gozer and the Destructor (a.k.a The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man).

There will be a whole host of "ghoulish spirits, hideous specters and ectoplasm-dripping phantasms" throughout the mazes, will they get you before the Ghostbusters trap them?

This year marks the 35th anniversary since the release of the first Ghostbusters film. Although it's the first time the movie will appear at HHN, it's not the first time the movie has been featured in the parks. An opening day attraction at Universal Studios Florida was Ghostbusters Spooktacular. Guests to the park can still see what used to be the Fire Station in the New York area of the park (it's the building that Rip Ride Rockit races through).

Ghostbusters joins Strangers Things and a whole host of original concepts in this year's Halloween Horror Nights. This year already looks like it could be the biggest yet for HHN fans.
