Thinking back on a holiday can bring joy in a time that feels quite scary. Be it trying to recreate your favourite meal from a trip, playing some music that reminds you of days spent by the pool or even thinking back to the laughs (or screams) you had.

One place that we love to visit is Universal Orlando Resort. All the thrill rides, delicious snacks or the fun atmosphere that you get walking around the theme parks.

If like us you are missing the care-free days spent at Universal Orlando Resort, here are 6 things that we think will help remind you of fun times till we can all safely return.

If you're getting creative with your lockdown cooking then why not have a go at rustling up Dr Seuss' famous Green Eggs and Ham.

This loaded tater tot sensation can usually be found in Seuss Landing at the aptly named Green Eggs and Ham Cafe.

Make this perfect brunch offering using a simple spinach pesto to get those scrambled eggs a rather delicious green. Top your tater tots off with ham and cheddar cheese queso for the ultimate snack that will leave you the talk of all your Zoom quiz nights.

Take a look at Universal Orlando's blog for the full Green Eggs and Ham recipe.
