Halloween Horror Nights fans received the news that they have been waiting all winter for, the dates for this year's event!

Universal Orlando Resort have announced today that this year's HHN will be taking place on select nights between 1st September and 31st October. The 32nd event will be running across 44 nights, more than ever before.

HHN32 will once again feature 10 terrifying houses, 5 scare zones spread across the entire park and also live entertainment.

Halloween Horror Nights takes you into an immersive environment like you've never seen before, and is one of the most anticipated events for horror fans every year.

In the past the event has played host to houses based on some of the biggest names in horror. Michael Myer's Halloween, Friday the 13th and the Exorcist have all had mazes based around their franchises. Even movies such as Zombieland and the tv mega series The Walking Dead have also taken over the streets of the park as part of the scare zones.

The creative minds behind the event also create home-grown mazes that often become fast fan favourites. With houses featuring yetis, scarecrows and ghostly graveyards, often these originals are some of the scariest of the whole event!

So far the only confirmed house that will make up the 10 houses this year is Chucky, based on the cult tv show of the famously possessed killer doll.

Fans of the event can already purchase tickets for individual nights. Tickets are also available for the R.I.P Tours and the Behind-the-Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour.

Hopefully it won't be long till we find which other icons of horror will join Chucky as part of HHN32's line up.
