10 80s TV Shows We Want To See Revived

9. Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends

Yes, we already have more than enough variations of the Spider-man gracing our televisions. In fact, it seems like new shows about the webhead are being released every year, though the prominent representation is Ultimate Spider-man, which is currently in its 3rd season. It's a decent show, and it even features a team aspect that was prominent in the 80s classic, Spider-man and His Amazing Friends. Still, it's missing some crucial ingredients that would make it just as memorable and entertaining. WHY WE WANT IT BACK Those crucial ingredients come down to one thing: the X-men. In Ultimate Spider-man, Peter Parker teams up with S.H.I.E.L.D. and other Marvel heroes that come from different corners of the comic-book universe. With X-men, however, we have a more apparent opportunity to do what Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends did 30 years ago: give both Spider-man and X-men a great show. Because the rights to both Spider-man and X-men movies belong to studios that aren't Disney, we'll likely never see them team up on the big screen, so for now, it would be great to at least see them on the small one.
