10 80s TV Shows We Want To See Revived

8. The A Team

Yes, we already got an A-Team movie back in 2010, but we all know that the soldiers of fortune were always meant to provide us awesome adventures on a weekly basis. Because a sequel isn't currently in the works, a television remake could be the next step forward for the franchise. The original show featured four ex-United States Army Special Forces men who became soldiers for hire after being falsely accused of war crimes. For 5 seasons and 98 episodes, we watched them help the little guy in the most violent way possible (which was saying something for an 80s TV show on NBC). WHY WE WANT IT BACK Plenty of people liked the movie, as its casting was brilliant for pretty much every character. Though it is unlikely we would have Liam Neeson or Bradley Cooper sign on for a TV deal, Rampage Jackson and Sharlto Copley (who perfectly represented Murdock) could be persuaded. Casting aside, the networks could use a show that isn't a cop procedural or medical drama. Something akin to special forces and military strategy would be well-received by a generation that can't seem to get enough of Call Of Duty, and The A Team has enough blockbuster set pieces to satisfy us.
