10 Actors Who Sneakily Played Two Characters In A TV Show

6. Andrew Lincoln - The Walking Dead

There are a lot of English actors and actresses roaming around Hollywood completely undetected, hiding behind their fake, yet convincing, American accents. We've all seen the videos "exposing" the actors and actresses in the industry that you did not know weren't from the USA; did YOU know Tom Holland was English... WHAT?!

One of these shockingly English actors, unless you're a huge Love Actually fan, is Andrew Lincoln. You know, Rick Grimes, the former protagonist of The Walking Dead. And if you didn't realise that former Sherriff Grimes's accent was a complete fake, look no further than his signature "CArL!!" to notice his hammed up southern accent.

So considering a lot of people - again, not any Love Actually fans - were completely oblivious to Lincoln's British Heritage, it makes sense that his appearance as a radio host went completely under the radar.

In the season 5 episode "What Happened And What's Going On", character Tyreese is fatally bitten and experiences hallucinations as he bleeds to his death. In his hallucination, Tyreese imagines an English radio host, reporting on various news stories.

It was an extremely subtle appearance made by Lincoln, and only real die hard fans were able to recognise his distinct accent.

Lily thought it was about time she wrote Top Ten lists for people other than herself. She also owes her dog a lot of money so she thought it was about time to pay her dues. There is no tv show she likes that she hasn't seen at least twice.
