For hurting his friend, Klaus, without hesitation, unleashes the most powerful attack we've seen him use, demolishing Dr. Gamimotz and leaving nothing of the former madman behind as he's bulldozed into oblivion.

The way this scene uses flashbacks, its gorgeous animation, and the beautiful song playing over the whole thing make for truly powerful moment.

It's not just all of that though that makes this great, it's the way it effectively punctuates the entire series. Since the beginning of the show we've watched Leo struggle to find his place, feeling like an outsider in a city filled with them, but with his rescue and this one attack it's made clear that he is far from alone.

To paraphrase the wise Dominic Toretto, Leo doesn't just have friends, he has family.
