Moving away from the show, the source material just got a little bigger. No, George R.R. Martin's continuation of the series The Winds Of Winter hasn't made it to shelves yet (nor will it ever at this rate...) but loyal book readers were treated to some excellent prequel material in the shape of A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms. The book compiles three official novellas set in the century previous to A Game Of Thrones, and follow the tales of Dunk and Egg, a knight and squire combo who aren't all they may seem. Great things are in store for the duo who are referenced several times in the HBO show. If you're still hanging on waiting for TWOW, do yourself a favour and read up on the prequel material.
