In the real world, we know that Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters is a recent addition to the MCU. However, the way Maslany interacts with Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, you would believe that they are actual cousins with a lifetime of memories hanging out at family gatherings. The pairing of Bruce and Jennifer has the makings of greatness, and if She-Hulk: Attorney at Law was about these two, it would have had a better reception than mixed.

It is their chemistry that makes their fight scene the best moment in the series. What we have here is a difference in opinion for both Hulks; Jennifer wanted to return to her life and career, but Bruce wanted to stop her because he knows first-hand how people react to Hulks like them. They got frustrated at each other for not listening until they finally went to blows. As an audience, we can sympathize with both Jen and Bruce. Both of them were right, and that makes it hard to take sides. It was an enhanced tussle between two green ogres, but it was as familiar as siblings fighting.

Aside from the handling of the relationship, the choreography and special effects were impressive. It helped that there were no real human actors in the field for the uncanny valley to take effect.
