10 Best Recurring Sketches On The Kids In The Hall

6. Francesca Fiore And Bruno Puntz Jones

Like many sketches in The Kids in the Hall, there's a lot going on in the Fiore and Jones sketches that needs to be unpacked. Francesca Fiore, played by Scott Thompson, and Bruno Puntz Jones, played by Dave Foley, were glamorous South American actors. Francesca was passionate and vivacious while Bruno was more reserved but with a fiery temper. He's known for his trademark white suit and panama hat. Bruno has also been known to play Russian Roulette by himself.

That's really a multiplayer game.

While their relationship outside of the movies isn't really clarified, in their films they are frequently passionate lovers. This somewhat translates to their daily lives as Bruno often randomly shoots people on Francesca's behalf. You don't usually do that for people you're only friends with.

Francesca and Bruno sketches were some of the most theatrical of the entire series. It would be interesting to see how the duo dealt with the modern era of filmmaking.
