10 Best Star Trek Fight Scenes

4. Georgiou And Nahn Vs Leland/Control - Such Sweet Sorrow Part 2

Star Trek Georgiou

There was never a chance that Michelle Yeoh wasn't going to turn up on this list. From her first scene as Captain Georgiou, she radiated confidence and control. However, it's her final battle with Control that lands her here. Such Sweet Sorrow Part 2 closes Discovery's second season and offers the audience a reminder of why Yeoh is a champion.

Georgiou and Nahn track Control, in the form of Leland, through the halls of the ship. They taunt it, keeping the Sphere data maddeningly out of reach before they team up to bring it down. The fight is fast and bloody, with no punches pulled.

Though Nahn doesn't quite make it to the final chamber, she does survive the fight. Georgiou and Control face each other in the Spore bay, having knocked seven levels of Hell out of each other. But it's all worth it for the little giggle that Yeoh delivers while Control begins to dissolve in front of her. If the extreme fighting skills didn't give it away, this little smile reminded the audience that Emperor Georgiou was truly a force to be reckoned with.
